*The entrance fee includes all organisational expenses. It does not cover staying at the hotel, breakfast and dinner. The travel expenses are also covered by the participants.
Fees:
- 300 BGN (VAT excluded) for members of BWA with paid membership fee for 2025
- 350 BGN (VAT excluded) for non-members of BWA
- 300 BGN (VAT excluded) - includes accommodation, dinner on the same date and breakfast on the following morning
